FAQ's - Payments
Are there only classes during the school term?
Most school holidays the classes will be closed, we may operate some free class on the school Holidays
If we have holidays during the school term and can't train, do we have to pay?
No, any time off during school terms that is 2+ weeks (due to holidays) will not be charged.
Missed classes (due to illness) can be made up by appointment only.
Will our payments continue during the christmas school holidays?
This depends on if the term payment has been completely paid.
School Term 4 needs to have 3 completed part payments (1 in October, 1 in November, 1 in December)
School Term 1 needs to have 3 completed part payments (1 in January, 1 in February, 1 in March)
If I stop coming, will my payments stop automatically?
No, If you wish to stop with the training and stop your payments, please call or email.
Is Ezidebit the only way to pay for our monthly training?
Yes, Ezidebit is the only option for regular monthly payments.
Can we make up missed classes
Yes, classes missed due to sickness or holidays can be made up if there is availability.
Please message to see if the desired class is suitable.
Do I need to get a uniform straight away?
No, You are welcome to train in clothing suitable to exercise and wait until you know you would like to stick at the karate before purchasing a uniform.
You are welcome to buy a uniform straight away if desired, they are $75 for a light weight uniform.
Do I need to get a sparring set?
Yes, for the first class or two, we have some gear you can use, but we recommend getting your own sparring gear as soon as possible as we use these most classes
